The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Magnum Builders of Sarasota, Inc. for the Heron Creek Middle School - Portables Summer 2007 project be accepted as substantially complete as of 10/1/2007.
